Oakbridge AI is a small, two-person consulting practice. This page explains, in plain English, what this website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, email, and company name or website, plus anything optional you choose to add (team size, topics, notes, or the software you use).
- How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, your submission includes that campaign information, such as the ad source or an ad click ID.
- Ad measurement: the site uses Google’s advertising tag, which may set cookies so we can tell whether our ads lead to inquiries.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting and font providers receive standard information such as your IP address and browser type when a page loads.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to learn which ads and pages are worth our time and money. That’s it.
Who handles it
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google provides the advertising tag and the website’s fonts.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with marketers.
- We don’t put your details into public AI tools that learn from what you type.
- We don’t add you to a mailing list. We email you about your inquiry, and that’s all.
Deleting your information
Email hello@oakbridgeai.com and we’ll delete your inquiry and any notes about it. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.
